Description
Villa Panorama is an ancient villa, carefully restored. It has a large furnished garden, a sea-view pool and a spacious solarium. It is equipped with every comfort: Sauna, A/C in every room, daily cleaning service included (midweek linen change) and daily breakfast (on request, not included in the price). It's in a really convenient location: within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a grocery store and the beach is a 20 min walk away.
The villa is organized on three levels, one of which is independent from the main complex and accessible only from the outside (DEPENDANCE):
MAIN COMPLEX:
FIRST FLOOR (access via a ramp of approximately 10 steps)

- Large living room with sea view
- Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with access to the front garden

- 1 bedroom with two single beds (beds size 90x190)
- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) - access is only through the bedroom with two single beds - the two bedrooms are however divided by a door

- large terrace with sea view (accessible from the two bedrooms)
DEPENDANCE (access only from the terrace / garden)
- Living room (there is the possibility to add a single bed)
- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the terrace
- 2 bathrooms with shower
Villa Panorama is located in the center of Praiano - east side, in a pedestrian area, close to restaurants and shops. It is accessible via a short pedestrian path and a flight of approximately 30 comfortable steps. Private parking is available on request (for a fee), located about 200 meters from the property.
A few steps away are:
• 3 restaurants/bars (La Moressa, Kasai, M'ama)
• 1 supermarket "Tutto per Tutti"
• Local bus and SITA bus stop

Panorama. Outdoor spaces at the house were relaxing with great views, and the rooms are comfortable and bigger than they look in photos. Multiple very good restaurants in walking distance from the villa a couple of convenience/small grocery stores in walking distance. Much quieter town and less chaotic than the neighboring hotspots. Every excursion SMAAC recommended was outstanding. All the transportation was on time, courteous and exceptionally clean cars/vans. Local concierge was accessible and house keeper visited daily. Would stay here again. |

Communication was excellent from the time we booked until the moment we left. Francesco and Anna helped us book private transfers and a private chef. Dana was very communicative and made us feel right at home. Maricella was very sweet and also very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend Villa Mariluany SMAAC property. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time in Praiano! Francesco was extremely helpful with arranging taxis for us and even arranged a wonderful winery tour / tasting when I asked for ideas for what to do in the rain. We were unlucky with the weather, but still had an see more
We had a wonderful time in Praiano! Francesco was extremely helpful with arranging taxis for us and even arranged a wonderful winery tour / tasting when I asked for ideas for what to do in the rain. We were unlucky with the weather, but still had an amazing time thanks to the beautiful views and comfortable place to stay. We also cooked dinner one night which was really easy thanks to the well equipped kitchen and market closeby (just a 2 minute walk down the stairs outside). We also loved dining at La Moressa which was also a 2 min walk away. We hope to come back to enjoy the expansive outdoor area in the sunshine!

The restaurant just next door is delicious and with excellent views. The views from the property are unimaginable....you will not find a better location! WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK!

Separate guest house was perfect for adult children. Daily housekeeping was great. The location of the villa was perfect for us - walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, gym and a small market which we visited multiple times a day. Bus stop is also directly at bottom of stairs. Praiano is so special and we met so many amazing people. Francesco was so helpful before arrival, he helped to plan a perfect itinerary. Once we arrived Dana our concierge was amazing! She had provisions and drinks stocked for us upon arrival and she was also available 24/7. This company is top notch and I can’t wait to plan my next stay with them.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Miralu in Praiano! Dana was so very helpful as were Francesco and Anna! The home fit our family of 8 comfortably with room to spare. It was too cool to use the pool except for a quick dip by some but there was the warsee more
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Miralu in Praiano! Dana was so very helpful as were Francesco and Anna! The home fit our family of 8 comfortably with room to spare. It was too cool to use the pool except for a quick dip by some but there was the warm outdoor shower nearby! The views were spectacular and so lovely to wake up to each morning with the birds singing! We did the Culinary Experience in home for cooking a delicious ravioli dinner with Elena and Anna and it was a delight! My suggestion would be to start earlier as it went quite late! Grazie Mille SMAAC!!

Upon reading the description on VRBO, It seemed perfect for our group.However, the description never mentioned 2 full Queen Sized bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms& showers were SEPERATE from the main house. Additionally, there are only 1 bedroom downstasee more
Upon reading the description on VRBO, It seemed perfect for our group.However, the description never mentioned 2 full Queen Sized bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms& showers were SEPERATE from the main house. Additionally, there are only 1 bedroom downstairs on the main floor and 2 upstairs,but with twin beds and a queen The heaters did not well until day 5 and the sauna never worked. The downstairs toilet seat was broken the first 3 days we were there, then repaired but there is a strong scent from the sewer around the base of that toilet.
