Casa Sunset est situé sur le côté ouest de Praiano, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, Positano et Capri. Vous pouvez profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis ses deux terrasses.
La maison est organisée sur un étage, qui comprend:
• Entrée par un patio panoramique, équipé d'un barbecue, salon extérieur, table d'extérieur
• Terrasse panoramique face à la mer, avec chaises longues, salon de jardin et douche extérieure
• salle de séjour avec coin repas, canapé-lit (dimensions du canapé 160x190) et une table à manger pour six personnes
• Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle
• 2 chambres doubles (taille de lit 160x190) avec accès au patio avant et vue sur la mer
• 2 salles de bain avec douche dont une avec accès de la chambre

Le moyen le plus proche pour se rendre à la maison est tout au long d'un vol d'environ 70 marches, alterné avec un chemin de promenade confortable et traditionnel. À l'arrivée, il est possible d'organiser un service de portier, moyennant un supplément. Depuis la maison, vous pouvez également choisir de vous rendre au centre de Praiano en descendant environ 200 marches. Un parking privé est disponible sur demande et est situé à environ 400 mètres de la propriété, ou il est possible de se garer dans la rue (nous ne pourrons pas le garantir).

Having two furnished terraces and a washing machine was a big plus. The house could use a little sprucing up but it’s comfortable and spacious. Rosa and especially Francesco were great - both in planning things before we arrived and in keeping in touch and helping book rides etc. while we were there.

The view in this home is incredible. We spent almost all our time on the patio! We enjoyed the neighborhood because it is quiet and lovely. Good local cafes nearby and a very convenient grocery store (lots of stairs like everything in the Amalfi, but very close to the home.) Overall it is a good space with an incredible view and the location is close enough to everything you could want.

The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is perfectly charming and easy to cook and operate in for any size meal. It also has a nice sized refrigerator with freezer, coffee pot, gas stove and full-size oven!

We had a wonderful time at casa sunset. The views were amazing, and Praiano is lovely. I was heavily delayed by train but Norman was so helpful and easy to communicate with, and so gracious. He also helped us arrange our car service which was fantastplus

He also helped us arrange our car service which was fantastic. We felt so welcomed the entirety of our stay and would definitely book again.
