Casa Sunset se encuentra en el lado oeste de Praiano, con impresionantes vistas al mar, Positano y Capri. Podrás disfrutar de maravillosos atardeceres desde sus dos terrazas.
La casa está organizada en una sola planta, que incluye:
• Entrada por un patio panorámico, equipado con parrilla, sala de estar al aire libre, mesa al aire libre
• Terraza panorámica frente al mar, con tumbonas, salón de jardín y ducha exterior
• Sala de estar con comedor, sofá cama (tamaño de sofá 160x190) y mesa de comedor para seis personas
• Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas
• 2 habitaciones dobles (tamaño de cama 160x190) con acceso al patio delantero y vistas al mar
• 2 baños con ducha, uno con acceso desde el dormitorio
Casa Sunset está ubicada en el centro de Praiano, en el lado oeste, en una calle peatonal, no lejos de restaurantes y tiendas. La forma más cercana para llegar a la casa es a través de un camino de unos 70 escalones, que se alterna con un camino típico. Se puede organizar un servicio de transporte a la llegada, por un suplemento. Desde la casa es posible llegar al centro de Praiano, bajando unos 200 escalones. El aparcamiento privado está disponible bajo petición, por un suplemento, y se encuentra a unos 400 metros de la propiedad, o es posible aparcar en la calle (no podemos garantizar la disponibilidad de la plaza de aparcamiento en la calle).
A unos pasos se encuentran:
• Comida local
• Muchos restaurantes / bares / pizzerías
• Parada de autobús local y SITA para Amalfi y Positano

Having two furnished terraces and a washing machine was a big plus. The house could use a little sprucing up but it’s comfortable and spacious. Rosa and especially Francesco were great - both in planning things before we arrived and in keeping in touch and helping book rides etc. while we were there.

Good local cafes nearby and a very convenient grocery store (lots of stairs like everything in the Amalfi, but very close to the home.) The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is perfectly charming and easy to cook and operate in for any size meal. It also has a nice sized refrigerator with freezer, coffee pot, gas stove and full-size oven!

We had a wonderful time at casa sunset. The views were amazing, and Praiano is lovely. I was heavily delayed by train but Norman was so helpful and easy to communicate with, and so gracious. He also helped us arrange our car service which was fantastver más

He also helped us arrange our car service which was fantastic. We felt so welcomed the entirety of our stay and would definitely book again.
