Casa Clara es una pequeña joya en la costa de Amalfi. Recién renovado, disfruta de amplias habitaciones, un diseño simple y limpio y una vista impresionante. Tiene dos dormitorios, cada uno con un baño conectado: el hogar ideal tanto para la familia como para dos parejas. La ubicación es destacable: céntrica ya la vez alejada del ruido. El centro de la ciudad está a solo unos minutos a pie: restaurantes, bares, supermercados, paradas de autobús... son inmediatamente accesibles. Toda la casa cuenta con wifi y aire acondicionado. Para llegar a la casa es necesario bajar unos 100 escalones desde la carretera principal. Le recomendamos que llegue hasta nosotros sin coche.
La casa está organizada en un nivel:
• Terraza con vistas al mar;
• Amplia sala de estar con vista al mar y Positano y Capri, con cocina y sala de estar, equipada con TV, sofá y mesa para 6;
• 1 amplia habitación doble con vistas (tamaño de la cama 160x190) con baño privado - con ducha;
• 1 habitación doble / o dos camas individuales (tamaño de la cama 160x190);
• Baño con ducha;
Casa Clara se encuentra en el lado oeste de Praiano, en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica, desde la que se pueden disfrutar impresionantes puestas de sol. Se puede llegar a la villa a través de dos rutas: la forma más fácil es a través de la Iglesia de San Gennaro con un camino de unos 300 metros y unos 110 escalones; como alternativa, puede bajar unos 170 escalones desde la calle principal. El estacionamiento no está disponible. Le recomendamos que llegue hasta nosotros sin coche.
A unos pasos, se encuentran:
• Parada de autobús local y SITA
• 1 tienda de comestibles (Alimentari Rispoli)
• Barra panorámica
• Varios restaurantes, entre los mejores de Praiano
• One Fire Beach Club: aproximadamente 15 minutos a pie por unos 300 escalones

Immaculately clean and spacious for my family of four. The AC was fabulous! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Nadia's attention to detail and generosity were more than five stars. She was the most kind and genuine host we have ever encountered. Nadia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The location was exactly where we wanted. Most important was the outstanding view. Close to everything in town, near restaurants, shops, and transportation. We were so happy to have chosen Praiano and all it has to offer over Positano. We found Praiano to be more idyllic and authentic, old school italian. Without a doubt, we would stay in Nadia's place again and highly recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Incredible! We are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our 4 days in Praiano. The location was perfect. The place was large and spacious with an amazing view from a balcony that runs the entire length of the unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean and well-stocked, kitchen was equally nice and functional. The AC worked well which was critical in the summer heat. True, there are steep stairs to the house, but that’s everywhere in the Amalfi coast so it was all part of the charm. We had easy access to various beaches and spots to get water taxis, close to restaurants, shops, bus stops and little bars. Our host Nadia was unbelievably helpful and kind, giving us lots of great tips on places to go and answering any questions quickly and clearly. She even gave us fruit from her garden! Highly recommend this place and it would be the first I would return to.
